The Bug (In Dub)

Kevin Martin’s The Bug project ramps the physicality and intensity of Jamaican soundsystem music to its limits, and has resulted in a triptych of essential LPs: 2008’s ‘London Zoo’, 2014’s ‘Angels & Devils’ and 2021’s ‘Fire’. Bug shows pummel the senses as much as the architecture of the room. A pivotal figure since the 90s, Kevin’s other important projects include Techno-Animal, God, King Midas Sound, Zonal and recent film scores and multichannel performances under his own name.
