Japanese sound artist Asuna presents a sonically and visually arresting site-specific live work featuring over one hundred battery-powered analogue keyboards laid out in formation across the floor of the St George’s Bristol concert hall, each emanating sound waves on the same frequency to create an astonishing moiré pattern of sound interference.
Hailing from Kanazawa, Japan, Asuna has been creating experimental music and installation work internationally since the late-nineties, collaborating with the likes of Minoru Sato-m/s and Jan Jelinek. More →
