A workshop introduction to graphic score by the London-based composer and musician Mica Levi. Over the two day workshop participants will work closely with Mica to explore different signifiers and symbols that can be used to organise sound on paper. On the second day the group will work with The University of Bristol New Music Ensemble players to interpret the scores they have made, closing with a work in progress concert by the ensemble.
