ERWAN KERAVEC is a Brittany-born highland piper, composer and improviser who’s long been at the vanguard of bringing bagpipes into contemporary music; with interpretations of modern composers like Radigue, Riley, Glass, or solos which find new sounds from his instrument, taking it far from its traditional cultural setting, into noise and free jazz.
